Registration and Fees

Early bird registration is possible until 12^th May 2025. Registration is open until 15^th June 2025.

Conference registration must be completed through your personal account in the Conference Management System.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be submitted to the ESRA Scientific Committee via email at conference@europeansurveyresearch.org. If you cancel before 1^st July 2025, there will be an administrative fee of 85 GBP. There will be no refunds for cancellations from the 1^st  July 2025 (included).

Welcome reception

On Monday 14^th July at 17:00, you are welcome to join the reception that will be held at Stadsschouwburg Utrecht, Lucasbolwerk 24, 3512 EJ Utrecht, with the following schedule:

17:00-17:30: walk-in with coffee/tea/water 

17:30-18:00: conference opening

18:00-19:00: keynote

19:00-20:00: drinks and nibbles

Lunch

The conference venue location does not have enough places where delegates (of large conferences such as ESRA25) can buy their own food in summer, and it is located outside the city centre.

Therefore, the lunch will be included in the conference fee, and the following options, depending on your dietary requirements, will be offered. All food will be vegetarian. 

ESRA Conference Dinner 

The conference dinner will take place at Geertekerk, Geertekerkhof 23, 3511 XC Utrecht, on 17^th July at 19:00. 

Please note that we will be able to host a maximum of 260 people. All food will be vegetarian by default. 

Dietary options

We will do our best to accommodate your special dietary requirements. Please note that all the food provided at the conference (including at dinner) will be vegetarian by default.

Speed Networking Event 

Wednesday 16^th July 16:00-18:00

Anne&Max Utrecht Domstraat, Domstraat 4 Utrecht 

During this speed networking event, the round-robin format will be used. The host indicates the start and stop times of each round. Within each round, a participant will meet another participant one-on-one and introduce themselves.

We will be able to host the first 30 delegates who registered for this event. If the event is full, you will be notified immediately. 

The registration includes two drinks and nibbles, and it is funded by ESRA.

Guided Walking Tours Utrecht

We offer the following guided tour to explore the city of Utrecht. The fee for each tour is 11 GBP (non-refundable unless the tour gets cancelled).
